Alex Provost

Alex is the managing director of SVN | True Real Estate Partners (our California office) and a Senior Advisor at SVN| Angelic (our capital markets group).

Alex operates in both the investment brokerage and property management/ leasing worlds, and is also a principal investor/owner on occasion. Alex has been a key part of significant value-add projects predominantly in the grocery-anchored asset class where he utilized his extensive experience, relentless work ethic, and never give up attitude to successfully reposition a number of projects.

Alex services multiple asset classes including but not limited to retail, office, medical, and various types of land. In addition to his traditional brokerage services, Alex specializes in off market property acquisitions on behalf of private and corporate clients where he sources off market deals in markets where the desired asset is predominantly unavailable.

Prior to Alex’s venture into the Brokerage world, he was a property manager responsible for a mid sized portfolio of approx. 1mm SF which ultimately gave him an in depth understanding of how properties work from the inside out.
